@nicksdjohnson @ArthurB You can modify it so that you can guarantee ownership for N years (eg. by capping the growth rate of the fee).
I don't think being able to guarantee ownership for an arbitrary duration with a finite (or linear) amount of money is a desirable property for a domain system to have.
