@Trim_Bot @bywirenews @dani_gurrrl @EosNFoundation I’m saying for EOS holders to have standing they would need to declare themselves to be some kind of entity from the very beginning. It wouldn’t be changing the nature of EOS it would be community choosing to interpret history in a manner consistent with EOS always a security.
