@pourteaux @mpawlo @Noahpinion @balajis @JPBarlow My read of the DCEP situation is that pretty much all the "permissioned blockchain" projects (both DCEP and others), once they go through enough iterations, end up mostly being something that's just not very different from existing centralized systems.
