@icy_apes @optimismPBC If "fiduciary duty" means "you have a duty to make profit maximization your only goal", then fiduciary duty is an evil concept and we have a moral duty to rebel against it, regardless of legality.
Fortunately I don't think the law says anything like "you have to profit-maximize"
