@MichaelM_697 @boodad12 @TrumpUndead @jonathanchait They were tested to stop symptomatic disease which they did, and secondarily stop hospitalization and death, which they also did. After having evidence of that it would not have been reasonable to wait more moths or years for testing of transmission. That would have killed many.
