@Chronowigger @TrumpUndead @jonathanchait The vaccine didn't change, but the virus absolutely did. Delta was far more capable of infecting vaccinated people. Prior to that point, transmission was collapsing, including in places like Israel with relatively little prior infection and everything wide open.
