@BrianT_SEA @wsbgnl That was the vaccine rule, not a comprehensive rule to make workplaces safer. In fact the court stated in the ruling that OSHA could regulate conditions in high risk workplaces, just not try to use OSHA to impose a blanket vaccine mandate.
