@brendonowicz @wsbgnl @KaitlinSundling @PeoplesCDC These numbers are still very, very lax. The pre-Feb 25 "high" level was 50/100k/wk. The lowest level here is 100, and that doesn't account for reduced case counts due to reduced testing. That's probably another 2-3x.
