RT: 1/2, I am working on EIP-5478 (CREATE3) which could dramatically reduce the gas cost of creating account abstraction contracts (e.g., EIP-4337) that have identical code.
The idea is to replace costly data storing gas with a cheaper contract lookup gas if the code is the same!
