@apmalong @AbundantLandUse @cometonfire_ @PeteUK7 @BillHanage It's hard watching your former classmates do a lot better in private equity, tech, etc. Dismiss this perhaps but people actually do care about what neighborhoods they get to live in, what sort of travel, lifestyle, etc. is accessible, etc.
