@grahamwalker @TheAngryEpi @pwhickey @CDCgov I don't think we can tell (esp w/limited testing). If it increases by 10x/month in MSM (what we seen in reported cases) and 2x/month in other groups, after three months 99% of cases are MSM but it is still spreading dangerously in the other groups, just more slowly.
