@shanepicker @matthewrcohn @jerallaire Not a fan of undue regulation, but looking at how @circlepay is put together, then looking at how one who purports to be a knowledgeable professional publicly justifies (or overlooks) blatantly obvious operating/investment risks, regulation is needed. Actually hurts for me to say
