@shanepicker @matthewrcohn @jerallaire If Circle's investors were as convinced of their viability as you are, the Circle would have been able to sell plain vanilla preferred, but they were forced into a draconian convertible deal that has already doubled their debt load.. Convert debt setting them up for a takeover?
