@_scott_oneil @IDoTheThinking He's absolutely diverting Florida dollars to California (to his campaign fund, the add says so I think), although he is also pursing presidential ambitions at some point, so the funds could be used for that, or I believe redonated to other Democrats making him a king-maker.
