@NickytaLeb @FinchTH If I'm not mistaken, this was before the leaked memo mapping out the "declare victory and gaslight the public" plan, and before the Biden administration sabotaged it's own opportunity to renew funding. It was clear from the strategic configuration this is where they were going.
