@SimonHume17 @Steviesword @YouAreLobbyLud Disinfecting hands is probably a lot less dumb than streets or springing indoors (dangerous). Again, no one is perfect, but the clearly stupid or ham-fisted stuff China does makes it easy to dismiss the things it does which aren't dumb. I'm not criticizing the overall results.
