@doctorsaluja @ASlavitt @kprather88 California had a worse mutant really. The California variant in winter of 2020-21 that ripped through LA (causing O2 shortages etc.) was sort of a proto-delta. Florida got vanilla covid at the time, and then everyone got delta later (post vax)
