@Microtruffle fUSD will be an over-collateralized stablecoin, not an algorithmic stable. To generate fUSD, you have to put up sFTM as collateral. If it falls below the min collateralization ratio (currently planned for 300%), you are at risk of liquidations to cover the decrease in collateral.
