Stability Fees would be fixed for 6 months. After the 200m Dai minted, an additional 100m Dai minted will reduce the Stability Fee by 10bps (per vault) to a minimum of Stability Fee minus 30bps for 6 months.
The Stability Fee reduction will be manual via an executive vote.
