RT: Personally, I will never welcome or celebrate the SEC attacking any crypto. Other than a pure ICO, I don’t believe the SEC has jurisdiction over the crypto market and it should be left to the CFTC and FinCEN. Both have brought cases involving crypto (including FinCEN 🆚 @Ripple).
