@thesecondellen @denise_dewald Buck stops with Joe. He should have tried harder or played harder ball or made deals to give M+S more of what they wanted, etc. He didn't i.e. he failed to delivery on any damn thing of interest to his voting base. And some of it can be done with executive action too.
