@bledwine @DailyJLee @perdidostschool @DLeonhardt The Western US (mostly WA+CA) also eliminated its early outbreaks (confirmed through genomic sequencing) with contact tracing and lockdowns and only had a resurgence because of new seeding from NY along with, again, failure to maintain/resume containment measures.
