@RadioFreeTom @mehdirhasan They matter if you don't go to bars and restaurants. My vulnerable grandmother has to pick up her prescriptions in a pharmacy sometimes (delivery not always available). It's helpful if everyone there is wearing a mask even if the same person may not be down the street at a bar.
