RT: We can already do a lot to improve transaction cost on Optimistic Rollups without relying on EIP 4488. With Aave V3 rollup specific APIs will drop the transaction cost from 1.5-2$ at 250 gwei to 0.16-0.25c at 250 gwei (estimated)
