@RUDEMUDCRAB changing the resource billing process is not something you can do as a DAPP on EOS. Any hard-forking changes are not possible as a DAPP.

You can have 100 derivatives pegged to next sale of Mona Lisa, however after settling the derivative only one person can actually use proceeds to buy the real thing.
