@PopHopTopWop @EosNFoundation No, #DAOs cannot create legal entities. A DAO can fund accounts controlled by keys, they can allocate tokens, but they cannot own, control, or create legal entities directly. The legal entity is always owned by someone other than the DAO.

@jabba_EOS It’s not about etiquette, it’s about the meaning of words. Individuals/companies/foundations can sue. DAOs cannot. A foundation isn’t the DAO. EGold failed as money because it wasn’t a DAO-it had assets to be seized. you can’t steal from a DAO.
