5/ The average turnover rate of WOOFi is over 300% (1,000% on the peak day), the LP is able to handle $10M per day with around $3M liquidity. So even if the fee doesn’t go to the LP, the profits from the trade make it sustainable for LP to continue providing liquidity.

1/ AMMs typically give almost all fees to LP, because the liquidity is passive and the price doesn’t move until someone trades against the pool. Most of the times, LP takes the trade at unfavorable price. Without the fees, it makes no sense to be an LP in the pool.
