@0xHanamichi @itstimconnors MC investor here, the short answer is they dont have any legal recourse which is a big part of why YGG agreed with and supported this buyout.
The SAFT was really clear, token emission authority was transferred to the DAO and away from LLC when it went live

2/ What we see here is a contract that straddles both the legal system (a SAFT contract) and the Web3 governance system.
