4/ Is there a risk of the LP losing money? Of course. The delay or reorg in blockchain could potentially cause loss on the hedging strategy. But the mm strategy in WOOFi has been tested by many extreme market conditions for over a year. We hope to open it to the WOOFi users soon.

3/ There are a lot nuances in the hedging strategy, but through this the LP will continue staying market neutral. That means even if the onchain liquidity pool is out of balance (i.e. IL), they can always make up the assets with the inverse position on WOO X.
