➡️ Validators by default accept all transactions including with 0 fees unless they set a minimum fee.
➡️ 0 fee transactions can be used to spam the network at no cost to the attacker, which can bring down nodes.

Future #Dapp deployments on @Fetch_ai Network will need complex smart contracts, so we identified two parameters to upgrade:
1. max_gas from 2M to 3M
2. max bytes per block from 200KB to 300KB
