The concept of a common good chain is essential to launching Polkadot and @kusamanetwork. By allocating a subset of parachain slots to common good parachains, the entire network can benefit.

Motion 154, to elect a bounty curator for the Polkadot Pioneers Prize, is now being voted on by the council.
