A few changes from previous weeks:
The 50/50 split of the governance fees between mStable Treasury and Stakers has been implemented as per MCCP 20.

We've implemented an updated governance fee flow from MCCP-20.
👉 50% of the protocol's governance fee will be going into the TreasuryDAO in native $mUSD and $mBTC, with the other 50% to $MTA stakers.
