While purchasing the debt mirror token is done on layer one Ethereum through a Uniswap V3 pool, the pool containing the assets that replicate the debt pool exists on Polygon.
Users do not have to interact with Polygon at all.

Before this solution, we've relied on higher than optimal trading fees to ensure that front-running is neutralized.
Everyone was forced to pay elevated fees when only specific volatile periods required elevated fees.
