Proof-of-Work is a mechanism where the consensus for the blockchain comes from miners who secure the network with computing power. On the other hand, Proof-of-Stake comes from people (stakers) who lock up their Ethereum.

He believed that every holder of a domain must specify the value of their domain and pay 3% of that per year. Anyone can automatically purchase at that price and take control after a 3-month waiting period.
