If you don't see fiat currency in the backoffice TOP menu, it means that you haven’t made a deposit yet
Deposit the currency in the section “Make a Deposit” choosing “Fiat Money”. After that you will see the Fiat money balance.

@foing In the new bounty developers can set the exchange rate at their discretion. On the official forum we have written many times that the exchange rate won’t be 1:1, but significantly lower. There can't be a fraud as not a single token was sold. All of them were distributed for free.
