The token presale smart contract had a setting that required more quota from the caller. Therefore, users needed to lock even more quota than usual to partake in the presale.

Yet another issue is that the presale contract has been using the default node in the Vite app (https://node.vite.net/), which is being used by almost all users of our network. Later, that contract switched to another node and that freed up the default node.
