For example, a #DEX contract can get Quota for addresses whose net deposits are greater than a certain threshold🔢, thereby exempting these active users from the small Quota required to send requests.

We’ll be mitigating risks via staged approach (hence testnet /v0.1, v0.2 before v1.0), bug bounties, multiple iterations of reviews, gradual increase of deposit amounts, etc.
