@WacowskiKarol Depends on the Service Provider! They set the following terms for their Delegators:
- Commission rate
- Minimum stake
- Number of Delegators

Blobbers must provide three things when issued a challenge by miners:
1) the data being stored
2) the relevant system metadata
3) the client-signed marker to prove that the correct data is being stored
