If something is use by people, it has value. Many non-physical tools have value. Google, Facebook (& #bitcoin) don't have physical stuff, but people use it, so they have value. Utility value.

Just came across this new term "impact investing". Google it. It put "maximizing shareholder value" at a lower priority. Guess what, when you issue a token to raise funds, you don't have shareholders. Your token holders are likely your users. Maximize user value.
